How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data?
If you wish to delete your AleosGM Golden Global trading account and related personal data, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email

Use your email address to send an email about account deletion to [email protected].


2. Verify Your Identity

Once we receive your request, you will receive an email with an authentication link in your mailbox

Please follow the process to complete the verification steps, such as entering your password or security code.


3. Confirm the deletion request

The team will prompt you to confirm again. Please read the relevant information carefully to ensure that you understand the consequences of deleting your account (for example, data cannot be restored, service is terminated, etc.).


4. Submit the Request
Once verified, confirm your request. The deletion process may take some time, and you’ll typically receive a confirmation once it’s complete.

Important Notes:
 • Deleting your account will permanently remove your data and may not be reversible.
 • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., transaction records).
 • If you wish to back up any data, do so before submitting your request.
